CHRISTINE TRIEBERT has built a national reputation with her custom-toned landscape and still life imagery. Her newest work focuses on shapes and forms of dried flora found in the local environs of her Vermont home. This body of work, titled "Shadowgraphs" uses a range of processes in the image making, from camera-less paper negatives exposed in the darkroom to the latest digital printmaking technology. The prints combine both stark, graphic blacks with soft subtle color tones for a clean, contemporary, and minimalist feeling.
